V1 is intentionally one-way. A Source store provides the desired definitions and a Destination receives only the selected changes. This keeps ownership and billing clear.
No. Deletes are never preselected and must be chosen and confirmed explicitly. When a definition is deleted, its existing values remain in Shopify as unstructured Metafields.
